1. For what I can use your patterns?
You can use them for a whole range of projects like:
* CSS backgrounds in web design
* custom fills in programs like photoshop and illustrator
* print work
* gift wrap
* fabric prints for fashion and household items
* real wallpaper designs for your living space
* scrapbooking
2. Can you refund my order(s)?
The patterns are not refundable or exchangeable because they are digital files. However, we can replace the files that are damaged or lost. Just send us an email to info@patternsshop.com.
3. How are the patterns delivered?
You will be redirected to the download page immediately if your payment is successful and verified by PayPal. Also, a copy of the download link(s) will be sent to your email for reference. If you pay by eCheck it may take several days to verify.
4. How come some of your vector patterns are delivered in PDF format?
We find the vector PDF format is more efficient than the traditional EPS or AI because it is supported by many software and even some web based mail services such as Gmail.
5. Can I use your stock patterns in templates or application that I’m going to sell or distribute?
Yes, you can do that, the Extended license is included in the price.
6. Can I use your stock patterns for my client projects?
Yes, you can use the purchased patterns in any commercial or personal projects, as many times as you want.
7. Can I modify the patterns?
Yes, you can alter the purchased patterns to fit your design. However, we still retain the copyright. This means you cannot resell, distribute, or sub-lease the modified patterns.
